All our homes are registered and regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales, with all staff members registered with Social Care Wales on successful competition of their probation period.

16+ Supported Living

We understand leaving care can be a daunting prospect for many young people. For those that require additional support with the transition to adulthood we are proud to offer our independent living provision.

We promote independence whilst providing support from our dedicated transitional support officer. The annex is a semi-detached self-contained flat adjacent to our Nyth-y-Nant home which features a modern kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom.
